At Dialed Golf, each item is made to order, and because of this, all sales are final.
No Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please double-check your order before placing it. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Wrong Item or Order Issue?
If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged or defective, you're eligible for a 100% refund or replacement.

A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item received (if applicable)
If your return is accepted, we’ll send a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back. Items sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Made-to-order or customized items
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards

Exchanges
Due to our made-to-order process, we do not offer direct exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, reach out to us and we’ll help resolve it as best we can.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
