1. When does the presale start?
Our official presale starts April 7th and will run for about 3–4 weeks. This is your chance to lock in limited-run products before they’re gone.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Since everything is made to order, production begins after the presale ends. Please allow 10–25 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.
3. Why does it take so long to ship?
We believe in intentional, limited production — meaning we don’t mass-produce inventory. Every piece is made after you order it. This allows us to reduce waste and focus on quality, but it does require a little more patience.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All U.S. orders over $100 ship free. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but we’re working on it. Stay tuned for updates.
6. Can I return or exchange an item?
Because all items are made to order, all sales are final. However, if you receive the wrong or damaged item, please email us and we’ll make it right.
